On March 14, 2025, Yufeng Power Engineering and Nanjing Keyuan Wisdom reached a strategic cooperation and signed a technical service agreement for

the transformation of the control system of the gas turbine generator set of the Ajebandele gas turbine power station in Nigeria. Li Xianlai, Chairman of 

Yufeng Power Engineering, and Liu Guoyao, Chairman of Nanjing Keyuan Wisdom, attended the meeting and signed the agreement.

Based on the agreement, Nanjing Keyuan Wisdom will upgrade and transform the control system of the 9E gas generator set on site according to the 

actual situation of the Ajebandele project site, and meet the functions of operating and monitoring cooling water, hydrogen production station, fire 

pump room, water treatment, pressure regulating station and other BOP systems

During the meeting, Chairman Li Xianlai said that the two parties will take the Nigeria Ajebandele gas turbine control system transformation project 

as an opportunity to leverage each other and continuously expand their business and market in Nigeria to achieve multi-channel and multi-field 

common development.
